In gym class, from Pre K 3 to 8th Grade, students are taught the invaluable skills of kinesthetics, teamwork, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Throughout your child's time at St. Ignatius school, they will become acquainted with and practice every classic sport and more, such as soccer, basketball, and hockey, all while gaining a deeper understanding of what it means to be a team player.
This year, there are two gym teachers! Mr. Seibel, who also teaches STEM from Pre K 3 to 8 (See the STEM tab for more information) teaches grades 1, 3-5, and 7-8. Mr. Tapp teaches Pre K - K, 2nd, and 6th grade.
