Teacher Bio

My name is Cathleen Hastings, and I am proud to be a St. Ignatius School Crusader!!  I am from Yardley and grew up as a member of St. Ignatius Parish. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Kutztown University. I am certified to teach Elementary Education and Early Childhood.  I also have a Religion Certification from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. This will be my 34th year as a Catholic School Teacher.

I have a true passion for working with our students.  My goal is to create an academically engaging learning environment that fosters kindness, creativity, and curiosity.  I work with the students to help them progress in academic, social, and spiritual development. I want my student to love learning so that they continue to learn their whole lives.
